Blogging in Afghanistan

The blogging community in Afghanistan is small, but growing. The high cost of internet in Afghanistan, which, according to Afghan Warrior, runs around US$3000 for the initial satellite with an additional US$300 for low speed access, prevents many Afghans from blogging & accessing the internet. Those who can, however, make it to the internet bar to tell the world what's going on from an insider's point of view.

This is a collection of blogs from both Afghans & foreigners living in Afghanistan. Here we can get a real glimpse of what it's like to live and work in this wartorn, yet sophisticated society.
